Driver had just got back from a long tour in Afghanistan was partying a little too hard with his cousin, in his cousin's Vette. 75 mph in a 35 mph zone, curvy road, hit a tree. Cousin in wheelchair, driver has gone thru several surgeries and steel plates and pins holding both of them together. They are both lucky to be alive. Alcohol and speed never mix well!!!
