The driver had just turned right on to castle way Southampton, when the traction controll decided to switch itself off. The wheels started spinning and the car just went out of control. The police took the car to their pound for an investigation into a possible computer error, as Ferrari had updated the the software just four days previously. Unfortunately, the police allowed the car to be sent to Ferrari the very next day destroying all posibilities of an unbiased inquiry into the accident.
