Rare Ferrari 458 Speciale Wrecked in Italy

This is the second Ferrari 458 Speciale crash that we're aware of. The driver accelerated and lost control of the 597 horsepower beast, causing it to sideswipe a Ford. The $300,000 Ferrari sustained a considerable amount of damage to the front passenger side. In addition, the airbags deployed, which means this is going to be an expensive repair job.  Luckily, no one was injured.

Previous 458 Speciale Accident

4 months ago, the very first Speciale was wrecked in Berlin, Germany.  That crash resulted in a lot more damage as can be seen in the photos below.  We're not sure how many "Speciale" editions Ferrari will make, but at this rate, this car will live up to its name and become more special as more and more are destroyed.
