A car carrier just left the dealership 1/4 mile away, but the driver forgot to lower the top rack after unloading the cars on the bottom. He went under an interstate bridge and it hit the 2008 Explorer ($36,000) off the rack and onto the van driving along side it. The van was a courtesy shuttle for a competing dealership in town.
