Description:
During monsoon season the washes can begin flooding and rushing water within a very short time. Driver apparently tried to drive across a low strip of highway and was washed away about 300 feet from the road where it was partially buried. Car sat for a few weeks before being excavated. And yes, there are big signs posted not to do this.
