Description:
This is a very weird accident that happened on the Hall St. bridge which crosses Interstate 70. The arm of a crane being hauled on the back of a truck clipped the bridge and actually tore through it causing a huge amount of damage. Driver did not a have a permit to be hauling this load, but thankfully nobody was injured.
