Driver explains: "I was pulling into the parking lot of Philthy Phil's in St. Pete Beach, Florida (no drinking yet!) and wearing little rubber flip flops. My shoe got stuck between the brake and accelerator. The more I tried to wiggle my foot free, the more trouble I had. I was just rolling up to the parking block, not going fast enough to register on the speedometer, and it rolled over the block and over this 4 foot seawall. I was very lucky, but there was a lot of commotion on the beach for a while! This was a rental car by the way."
