Occurred in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, in August 2001. The driver (an old lady), thought she was backing up and mixed up the pedals. She fully experienced the power of a new Acura 3.5 liter engine. Unfortanetley, there was a tree that stopped her. Don't ask us what she was doing on the center divide in the first place.
