Description:
The officer was at the scene of a crash helping a Florida Highway Patrol Trooper. The officer was flagged down by a passing motorist who reported a Drunk Driver. As the motorist was giving a description of the pick-up truck, another car plowed into the back of the 1999 Crown Vic Police car.
