Description:
This is a fatal accident that occurred on Route 611, 100 yards before Horsham Road, in Horsham Township. 611 is a four lane road with a center turn lane. The Saturn was in the center lane making a left hand turn into a restaurant. Traffic was stopped due to a red light. One vehicle allowed the Saturn to turn across the lane of traffic, yet when it crossed over the second oncoming lane of traffic it was struck by a Chevy Blazer (SUV). This happened on Feb 28th, 2001.

Injury Report:
The driver of the Saturn was transported as a Class 1 Trauma (Which means the most life threatening you can be transported as). The patient later died.

Damage:
Total Loss
