Description:
This accident happened in the spring of 1998 on a stretch of I-44 in Missouri. A tractor-trailer was stopped followed by a Dodge Raider and a Ford Conversion Van. Another tractor trailer failed to stop, which shoved the two passenger vehicles up under the first tractor-trailer.
