Brand New Tesla Model S Crashes Before Leaving Dealership

They say a typical brand new car loses 15 to 20% of its value as soon as it leaves a dealership lot.  Here we have a rare example of a car that lost much of its value BEFORE leaving the lot.

The owner of this brand new Tesla Model S never made it off the lot. The accident happened in front of the Tesla manufacturing facility in Fremont, CA.  It looks like the driver was too excited and pressed the accelerator instead of the brakes.  Nearly crashed through the showroom floor, so it could have been worse.
