Porsche 911 Turbo
Jun 17, 2022 Two people were killed when their Porsche 911 Turbo left the roadway at over 140 mph before jumping a fence and rolling several times on Thursday, police said. The incident occurred on Highway 141, a two-lane roadway located just outside of Norwood, a small town in the southwest corner of Colorado, according to the San Miguel County Sheriff's Office. The occupants, a 43-year-old and 38-year-old from Illinois, were participating in the 2022 Crown Rally. Their names have not been released. The five-day, four-night rally began on Wednesday. It was planned to involve a drive from Denver to Las Vegas, with stops in Scottsdale, Santa Fe, and Beaver Creek.
