For starters, this is the same car reported hit from behind by a Prius on the highway. It must be a bad luck car in some way... Anyway, the car was parked on the street when I heard a loud 'bang.' Went up front to see what happened... A pick-up truck driven by someone under the influence hit the parked car and kept on driving. However, he was forced to pull over a couple of blocks later due to the damage to his vehicle. That's when the local police apprehended him. (And how I received the information, which obviously is hearsay at this time since the individual hasn't gone to court.) Rear bumper, rear axle, quite a bit of mechanicals and rear door on the driver's side are all impacted.
