Maserati Gran Turismo

On Thursday, December 24, the owner of a Maserati in West Los Angeles had his vehicle stolen. According to NBC4 News, the owner of the vehicle was approached from behind with a sharp object and was told to surrender the keys to his car by the suspect. The suspect lost control of the vehicle and crashed the Maserati Torino into two parked Hondas and up the curb on California Avenue and 16th Street. The suspect attempted to flee the scene on foot, but was apprehended and taken into police custody after a brief foot pursuit. According to reports, the suspect suffered minor non-life-threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported. The approximate $140,000 black Maserati Torino was completely smashed in on the right side and had its right tires ejected off of the car.
