Ferrari California
PA

No injuries were reported following a crash in Penn Township, but an expensive car was damaged as the driver tried to avoid a collision with a tractor-trailer. Police said George Awad, 51, of Lancaster, was driving his Ferrari east on Doe Run Road around 9:20 a.m. when the incident occurred. The tractor-trailer, also traveling east, moved to the left to make a right turn into a parking lot. Awad attempted to pass the tractor-trailer on the right side before it began to turn right, police said. To avoid colliding with the tractor-trailer, driven by Bradley Blaisurf, 54, of Trucksville, Awad veered to the right and left the roadway crashing into a large business sign in a parking lot. Neither driver was injured. Police did not say whether charges will be filed.
