This crash happened at a student run auto show at a university in south Florida. The student driving the car was unauthorized to do so and was supposedly show boating in the parking lot when he lost control and crashed into 3 parked cars. The Elise was a total loss and the school was on the hook for the Lotus while the student had to pay for the damage to the 3 other cars. The student was subsequently expelled.
