Uninsured motorist, driving a Ford Ranger she bought for $600, ran a stop sign at an estimated 70mph and removed part of the front end of this Corvette. She rolled her truck and left in an ambulance, which arrived compliments to the Corvette's air bag activating OnStar even before her car stopped rolling. Corvette driver walked away with nothing but a contusion on an arm from the airbag. If he'd made it a little further into the intersection he wouldn't have walked away Ironically, the Corvette owner was hoping to get home before it started raining because he didn't want to get the 'Vette wet yet. It had 3,090 miles on it and still smells new. No passengers in either vehicle.
