Tried to overtake a bicycle on the right hand bend of the road, over-veered into oncoming lane and crashed head on into a bus. A motorcyclist following the M5 also crashed into the resulting wreck. Driver of the M5 was killed and everyone else (including the cyclist and his 5 year old child) were badly injured.
