The owner of the m6 tried to avoid a collision with a scooter that crossed the way. he lost control at high speed and crashed against the tree , getting himself and 2 sons in hospital the m6 missed the scooter, but another car on the other side of the road did hit the scooter and the 18 year old boy died instantly.
