The driver/owner of this Ferrari is Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne. (Fiat owns a majority interest in Ferrari). He was driving on the A1 highway in Switzerland when a Renault in front of him suddenly slowed down. He ended up crashing into the Renault and finally into a guardrail. Fortunately, nobody was hurt.
