The accident occurred when a Camry , which was on its way back to Muscat from Salalah, veered off the road after its driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a Hummer coming from the opposite direction. All nine passengers in the Hummer, including four children, and the driver of the Camry died in the mishap.
