Acura NSX Prototype Destroyed in Fire

Well, now we know the upcoming Acura NSX is a true supercar. It caught fire just like its Ferrari and Lamborghini cousins. The prototype was completely destroyed after the engine compartment caught fire on the famous Nurburgring in Germany.

The new 2016 NSX was supposed to start production in October - not sure if this fire will delay that.   Honda had promised the new NSX would "bring the excitement of a Ferrari 458" at the price of a Porsche 911.  Now we can see what they meant.
