Description:
A female teenager stole the Hummer and drove into an alley where the police car pulled in behind her. The teenager then put the Hummer in reverse and backed up onto the hood of the police cruiser. The teenager then fled down an alley and crashed head on into another police cruiser flipping the hummer on its side.
