Driver lost a race to a 93 Mustang Cobra but continued accelerating anyway. He lifted the throttle on a curve doing 90+ mph. The lotus whipped to the right and went up a curb, drove along sidewalk for 100 feet and came to a rest in the middle of road. Targa top blew off, oil coolers destroyed.
