Ferrari F430 Crash Pictures
The Ferrari F430, the replacement to the 360 Modena, saw its debut at the Paris motor show in
2004. The modern super car features a 4.3 litre V8 engine which produces 490 bhp at a roaring
8500 rpm.
Along with 343 lb-ft of torque, the F430 hits 62mph in 4 seconds dead and tops out just
below the magic 200 at 196 mph. The Ferrari F430 is rear wheel drive and along with its magnificent
traction control system, developed with help from F1 legend Michael Schumacher, allows even the
most unskilled driver power around a track like a pro.
The magic behind the system is the Manettino
switch, which allows the driver to decide how much they want the car to slide before the vehicle's
computer takes over and saves the driver from the embarrassment of being featured on the front page of
